Full Time Receptionist/Assistant
We are looking for a well organized and articulate person for our Front Desk.
Duties will include, but are not limited to answering phones.
Keep front desk and reception area organized, neat and clean.
Book all appointments for our spa and salon technicians.
Address clients, direct them to the closet for color gowns, hang their coats, offer them coffee.
Keep inventory, place orders and arrange shelves appropriately.
Assist in product sales
Put together promotions, via post cards, emails, etc.
Keep communication with all technicians so that the facility runs smoothly.
Assist owner with numerous tasks.
Go to the bank and get change for the draw and sometimes make deposits.
Must have general knowledge of computers; word, Photoshop, ProSolutions a plus
